These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Narratrak (the "Service"), operated at narratrak.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the service
Narratrak is a keyword monitoring tool that searches Reddit's public content on your behalf, stores results, and delivers email notifications. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid tiers.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate Reddit's User Agreement or API Terms.
- Monitor, collect, or store personally identifiable information about Reddit users without their consent.
- Harass, stalk, or target specific individuals.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, security features, or access controls.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or data obtained through it without written permission.
- Use automated scripts or bots to trigger scans beyond your plan's daily limit.
4. Plans and billing
- The free tier is provided at no cost and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice to registered users.
- Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of a charge if the Service was materially unavailable.
- Failure to pay may result in plan downgrade or account suspension.
5. Plan limits
Each plan has limits on monitors, keywords, subreddits, and daily scans. Attempting to exceed these limits programmatically is prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the limits.
6. Data and content
- Reddit content displayed in the Service is public data sourced from Reddit's API and remains subject to Reddit's terms.
- You retain ownership of your monitor configurations and settings.
- We do not claim ownership of any Reddit content stored on your behalf.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of Reddit data complies with applicable laws.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Scheduled maintenance will be announced where practical. We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties (Reddit, hosting providers, Resend).
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that results obtained through the Service are accurate, complete, or timely.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if required by law.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.
